Work Placements

Pedestrian wants all young people to learn about the different careers on offer in the arts including being a professional artist, arts administration, marketing and project management. And the best way to find out is by getting some practical experience.

We offer work experience for Year 10 pupils and college/ university students where you will learn about the arts and office administration, as well as general experience being in the workplace. If you are interested in doing your work experience with us and/or have a passion for the arts, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Arts Award

Pedestrian are committed to the Arts Award. We are a registered centre delivering the awards to children and young people and an Arts Awards Supporter offering opportunities for those working on their award.

Arts Award is a nationally recognised qualification that supports children and young people aged from 5 to 25 to develop as artists and arts leaders. It is managed by Trinity College London in association with Arts Council England and is offered at five levels – Discover, Explore, Bronze, Silver and Gold. As an Arts Award Delivery Centre we offer all five levels of the Award.
