We are launching “Our Big Build”, a transformative capital fundraising campaign to create a permanent home — an accessible, safe, and creative space for young people.

somethingreally big
We are proud to announce the launch of Our Big Build, a campaign to create a thriving arts hub for young people and creatives. This new, inclusive space will offer a safe environment where young people can unleash their creative potential, build confidence, and gain essential life skills to succeed in the future.
Our Big Build will fund the creation of a vibrant, purpose-built facility where all ages can explore creativity in music, visual arts, digital media, drama, and more. The hub will host educational sessions, outreach programmes, mentorship opportunities, and career development pathways, empowering individuals to turn their passion for the arts into meaningful opportunities.
OUR BIG BUILD
How you can help make our big plans a reality
We invite supporters, partners, and the community to join us in creating a lasting legacy for Leicester’s young people. Together, we can build a space where creativity thrives and futures are shaped.
Why Donate?
Support the next generation and help improve access to creativity, empowering young people to explore their potential and build brighter futures.
OUR BIG BUILD
Making sure we are here to help young people for years to come
Demand for our services has grown, but our current space is inaccessible, forcing us to turn young people away. The pandemic and extended Leicester lockdown have further impacted their wellbeing. Our new centre will provide a safe, welcoming environment where young people can learn, grow, and access life-changing creative opportunities tailored to their needs.
“Our new centre will be a beacon of creativity and opportunity. It will offer tools and support for young people to express themselves, build confidence, and pursue dreams.” With a fundraising goal of £50,000, we aim to transform a former bank into a vibrant hub featuring a youth-run gallery, recording studios, and multi-functional creative spaces. Every donation brings us closer to opening this inspiring space at 29 Horsefair Street, opposite Town Hall Square.” Hema Badger-Mistry CEO
