Safe and Soundz

A six-month digital programme of creative sessions to support the mental health of vulnerable young people from across Leicester(shire) during Covid-19.

Informal sessions were led by professional tutors utilising different art-forms such as music, photography and puppetry alongside mindfulness techniques to support young people re-engaging back in positive activity and to be supported to regain confidence when returning to school and college.
