Secret Dishes From Around the World 3

A collaborative cookbook featuring 40 exciting recipes from 20 countries and original artwork by artists supported by 20 arts charities across the UK.

We commissioned artist Andrew Petrouis to work with our Creative Arts & Photography learners to come up with a concept for the artwork – representing Leicester and our chosen country Germany.  The artwork also had to complement the cuisine and the food photography.  You can purchase the book here.
