Complaints
Pedestrian aims to provide the best possible advice, support and services to children, young people and adults. We set ourselves high standards but are the first to admit that mistakes can happen.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our organisation, please tell us so we can look into the matter and give us the chance to put things right.
All complaints will be looked at by our Director, however, if your complaint is against our Director, it will be forwarded to our Chair of Trustees.
