20th - 26th March 2012 :: Student Show
Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 7:53PM Judge Meadow's Community College, Leicester, is presenting a mixed exhibition of student work showcasing the best art created by their pupils in 2011. It will include 2D and 3D pieces from Year 7 - 10 (ages 11 - 15 years).
27th March - 2nd April 2012 :: Title TBC
A combination of 3D sculpture and 2D imagery using a range of materials will form Rikke Digerud-Waring's exhibition at the Pedestrian Gallery. Representations of male and female forms will be expressed using a range of forms, curation and installation techniques. This is definitelyone for your diaries.
3rd - 16th April 2012 :: Window Curators
The 'Window Curators', a group of local people with the aim of creating inclusive and high quality experiences for the people of Leicester, is creating their second experience. The group act on behalf of the Pedestrian Gallery to develop and curate shows and activity that is inviting for all ages and interests. Gill Smith and Diana Tierman are creating a combined exhibition showcasing their most recent work. Expect abstract landscape paintings that explore colour and mark making, all for sale.
