Miranda Lea

My work is my passion....being a creative soul, means that I get real pleasure out of the type of work I do... and I believe that if I enjoy my work, it rubs off on the people I work with.

After years of studying art, media and performing arts, I graduated with a degree in theatre studies and communication arts. Since moving to Leicester I have lectured at North Warwickshire and Hinckley, Leicester and Northampton colleges, teaching all aspects of media and specialising in film production.

I specialised in drama in education for my final degree project, so I have gained a strong base of practical and theoretical skills. I have performed in various theatre productions at both a professional and semi level.

I work for Pedestrian facilitating and coordinating creative projects, and really enjoy working with young people in different schools. I have worked on many creative performing arts projects, in various settings for Pedestrian and have many new projects in the pipelines.
