Our artist development work can take many forms;

We fund jam sessions for open minded musicians to collaborate and provide musicians with a place to practice and access to equipment.

We offer volunteering, tutor training, mentoring and internship opportunities along with developing a group of young mentors.

We hold regional development meetings with local arts practitioners and offer our tutors continued professional development opportunities, whether that be going on Arts Award training or checking an inspirational gig.
